About Us

We’re three lifelong friends who have always shared a dream: to build something of our own, something we can pour our hearts into, something that feels true to who we are. For years, we searched for an idea that fill us with genuine joy and align with our love for freedom and nature.

Since our teenage years, we’ve been roaming the hills, valleys, forests, rivers and lakes of Hungary and the countries beyond. Through countless long hikes, we soaked up the beauty of our landscapes, chasing the thrill of the unknown and discovering the most hidden corners of our surroundings. Along the way, we fell in love with camping, (classic way & wild camping) eventually explored everything from traditional tents to camper vans and, finally, rooftop tents.

Rooftop camping captured us so strongly that we knew: this is it. This is what we want to build a business around. We realized that while these setups offer an incredible experience, they’re often too expensive to buy just to go on one or two trips a year. But once someone sees one… they instantly want to try it.

This sparked an idea: let’s share this feeling with others. Let’s make rooftop tents accessible and let people experience this unique blend of adventure, comfort and pure freedom.

And so, in August 2025, we founded Grand Tent Adventures. Since then, we’ve been working passionately to offer a premium-quality service that brings maximum comfort to our renters and helps them fall in love with this lifestyle just as we did. Our mission is to share the joy of limitless freedom of adventures, of getting lost and finding your way again, of reconnecting with nature and recharging through real experiences.
